Simple Office Solutions Remote Desktop Assistance Program

As instructed by your Desktop Assistance Representative, please fill out the requested information below and press the submit button.

 

Terms & Conditions

-Occasionally we will connect to a machine that is not repairable using this service. At that time, the technician assisting you will give you several options. If the resulting choice involves further labor, the amount paid for this desktop connection session will NOT be credited toward any repair.
-If the technician is unable to duplicate the problem reported, then the desktop connection will be disconnected. If the symptoms return within fifteen (15) days, a technician will re-connect to the same equipment and the first fifteen (15) minutes will be covered by the original charge. If more time is needed on this second attempt, an additional charge will be incurred.
-All repairs performed by Simple Office Solutions are guaranteed for fifteen (15) days from the date the service was performed. This warranty applies to exact symptoms previously repaired. If the machine develops a new symptom (including symptoms due to repairs done by Simple Office Solutions) within the fifteen (15) days, the new symptom will be treated as a new repair and incur our usual and customary charges
-We do not warranty any software problems of any type or nature. Nor do we warranty problems related to, or caused by, the installation of any hardware or software that was not installed by Simple Office Solutions. All software sales are final. We do not warranty any issues relating to software including operating systems or applications.
-Freeware applications are known to cause system problems. Customers is responsible for any labor charges in correcting problems that may be caused from freeware applications.
-We are not responsible for any lost data whether is be while a system is being repaired or due to a repair we have previously done. It is the sole responsibility of the client to backup and keep current backups
-We do not offer refunds for any reason. All sales are final. Defective parts will be exchanged up to fifteen (15) business days from installation date or purchase date. Proof of purchase must accompany the item being exchanged. After 15 business days, defective parts will be the clients responsibility to handle in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable. Simple Office Solutions can assist in acquiring contact information for the manufacturer
-Any abuse, misuse, alterations, neglect, unauthorized repair or installations voids our warranties. Simple Office Solutions shal make the determination on the existence and cause of any alleged defect or warranty. The removal of the systems ID tag voids any and all warranties
-Simple Office Solutions is not responsible for additional failures and real or consequential damage resulting from the work authorized. I understand that service procedures may result in loss of programs and/or files and may cause failures beyond the control of Simple Office Solutions
